Andrew Garfield is a British actor. On August 20, 1983, he was born in Los Angeles, California and raised in England. His father Richard Garfield is American and his mother Lynn Hillman was a British from Essex. At the age of 3, Andrew moved to the United Kingdom exactly in Epsom, Surrey where they settled down.
His origins are Jewish from his paternal family that was called Garfinkel at the time, as they immigrated from Poland, Romania, and Russia to England. His parents were in the design business. But still worked elsewhere, as his father was a coach of the Guildford City Swimming Club and his mother was an assistant teacher at a nursery school.
