The Moroccan-Spanish Tortilla as its name indicates is a mix of two countries that are culture and history related; Morocco and Spain. This dish is very quickly made with simple ingredients that are available at every house. Yet, very tasty and full-flavored.
The main ingredients were basically boiled potatoed and eggs as their mixture should be fired in hot oil. But, through years and evolution of the world’s Cuisine. This dish gained more flavors and ingredients.
This Recipe is about a very quick and tasty Tortilla for a happy family weekend.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 clove of garlic
- A bunch of chives or Persely
- 12 Eggs
- 1 onion
- 6 Potatoes
- olive oil
- cheddar cheese
PREPARATION
Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil it until it’s tender but not too tender. Then, cut the onions into cubes and sweat it on a very low heat until it’s caramelized. Add a smashed garlic and the herbs and let it cook for a bit more. Once, the preparation is ready, turn off the heat and scramble the eggs before you add your preparation to it. Finally, put your mixture in a non-sticky frying pan and cover it until the bottom is cooked, then turn it on the other side.
Presentation
By this, your Tortilla should be ready, decorate it with some cheese on top and some chives or persely and enjoy !
Hint: This recipe can be loaded of other veggies besides the potatoes and the taste will only gets better and better!
